The Waterside Apartments have 276 units of one, two and three bedroom apartments for independent living. There are a few accessible or modified units and you can request modifications to a unit (grab bars, etc). The accessible apartments are located on the first floor. The building entrances are wheelchair accessible. There are curb cuts and handicapped parking spaces.
Public transportation is 1/2 block from the building.
Amenities include bike trails, car wash area, jogging trails, picnic area, playground, fitness trail, package service, swimming pool wading and children's pool and cats and dogs allowed (restrictions apply). Apartments feature A/C, linen closet, patio/balcony, mini-blinds, spacious closets, wall-to-wall carpeting, fully equipped kitchen, high speed Internet access available, washer/dryer and individual heat/AC controls.
