Apartments

Trillium Apartments, formerly Circle Towers, has 606 units of one, two and three bedroom apartments for independent living.  There are apartments that are accessible or can be modified.  The accessible units are located on different floors.  The wheelchair accessible building entrances are located through the garage.  There are handicapped parking spaces, curb cuts, grab bars (shower/tub) and wide doorways (greater than 32").  Public transportation is located in front of the building.  There is a minimum income restriction.



Amenities include fitness center, swimming pool, pet friendly (restrictions and fees apply), choice of surface or garage parking, clubhouse, fitness trail, short-term lease, accepts Credit Cards, Electronic Rent Payment (ACH), high speed Internet, limited access and elevator.  Apartments feature additional storage, electric heat and A/C, cable or satellite available, ceiling fan, carpet, and large closets.
