Who We Are

The Fields of Chantilly, formerly Chantilly Crossing apartments, has 360 units. The building entrances are wheelchair accessible.  Apartments designed for mobility-impaired individuals are available on a limited basis.  The accessible units are located on the first floor. There are handicapped parking spaces.

Public transportation is one block from the building:  Metrobus and Fairfax Connector.

Amenities include balcony/patio, fireplace, walk-in closets, washer/dryer, fitness club, pets welcome, swimming pool, and Verizon FIOS. Monthly rent is based on maximum income limitations as determined by family size.  All income is counted.  Apartments are set aside for households earning no more than 50% or 60% of the median income as determined by HUD for the area.  Ask the leasing consultant for details. Income must be 2.5 times the monthly rent.
