Who We Are

The Adult Day Health Care Program is designed to provide daycare to frail, elderly persons, and adults with disabilities who need a supervised setting during the day due to changes in their cognitive and or functional abilities. The program provides health monitoring by a Registered Nurse, therapeutic activities designed by a Certified Recreation Therapist to include field trips and entertainment, assistance with personal care, and nutritious meals and snacks. Non-ambulatory participants are welcomed. Capacity is 45.



Transportation is available by FASTRAN. Fees are based on a sliding scale. Minimum attendance is 2 days per week, 6 hours per day. Offers support group for caregivers.
