Brookside Home Health in Williamsburg provides skilled nursing services, if intermittent nursing is ordered by a physician, which includes wound care, disease management and education, IV therapy, ostomy care, venipuncture, injections and medication monitoring. Home health aides are certified and under the direct supervision of a nurse helping with bathing, meal preparation, and feeding, assistance with ambulation and prescribed exercise program.

Rehabilitative services (speech, physical and occupational) are offered. Medical social work under direct order of a physician, help families and patients in best coordination of community and financial resources as well as with counseling related to coping with social and emotional issues related to their health care condition.
