Who We Are
The HELP Clinic provides free primary care and preventive healthcare to those who do not have the resources to meet their medical needs. Patients must be uninsured and at or below the 300% Federal poverty guidelines. The clinic is open by appointment only and patients must be screened for eligibility.
The clinic is staffed by professional and lay volunteers. Medications are readily available through the in-house pharmacy, professional samples, The Medication Assistance Program, and other local programs.

Homeless and low-income families with no medical insurance coverage. Will see patients who earn less than 200% of the federal poverty level.

Intake Process
Call 757-727-2577 to make an appointment for screening. Documents required are tax returns, pay stubs, W2, Social Security, or disability statement. Call for other documents that may be required.
