Who We Are
Tysons Towers offers single bedroom and efficiency apartment living for seniors and to individuals with disabilities. Residents must be age 62 or older, or permanently disabled. It is a retirement community that offers a federally assisted rental program designed for senior citizens and handicapped individuals. Rent is 30% of monthly income.
Total number of units is 272 with 28 being modified/accessible units. The modified/accessible units are on multi floors. The building entrance is wheelchair accessible. Community features include a business center with WiFi, controlled access entry, laundry and trash facilities on every floor, and a 24-hour front desk and management staff.
Curb cuts; building has elevators with Braille, handicapped parking spaces, elevators with Braille, ramps with handrails, low cabinets, sinks and countertops.
Bus line: On-site bus service with a connection to the Metro. Partially accessible to persons with disabilities.
