Who We Are
Region Ten Community Services Board (RTCSB) offers The Mohr Center. The Center provides a ten bed intensive residential treatment program for men recovering from addiction. The program provides supervised drug free housing while participating in treatment and living skills training. The goals of the program are:
- to teach residents how to live free of mood altering chemicals,
- to enhance emotional , physical, and financial well being,
- to help residents find and maintain employment.
The Mohr Center Public Inebriate Shelter provides a five bed sobering up shelter for adult males that functions as a law enforcement diversion program for men who are at risk of arrest for public intoxication.

Other Eligibility Criteria
Applicants to the Mohr Center must be detoxified and free of any medical condition that will interfere with compliance with substance addiction treatment and must be willing and able to comply with all program requirements. The applicants behavior must be stable at time of admission.
