Who We Are
Maimonides Health Center, formerly Beth Sholom Village offers a Skilled Nursing Facility. The facility holds daily Jewish religious services as well as weekly non-denominational Christian services. The nursing facility offers kosher food and observance of Jewish holidays and customs. The skilled nursing center utilizes a person-centered approach to ensure each resident gets the care best suited for them.
The Home is a facility for both skilled and long-term care. Private and semi-private rooms are available. There is a specialized Alzheimer's and Dementia Unit with activities directed to the special needs of memory care patients. Rehabilitation services are also available at the facility.
