Who We Are
Watauga Behavioral Health offers an array of services in the areas of mental health, family violence, mental retardation, vocational rehabilitation, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse. Outpatient mental health and substance abuse programs for adults, children, and adolescents are provided.
Services include individual and group psychotherapy, marital and family counseling, pharmacotherapy, crisis services, case management, educational and consultation services, parenting classes, psychiatric consultation, intensive outpatient A&D and Continuous Treatment Team, adolescent drug and alcohol recovery, older adults project, child abuse prevention, intensive in-home case management/therapy, intensive in-home family services, intensive outpatient for substance abusing women who are pregnant or who have dependent children.
Services in Planning District 1 (Lee, Scott, Wise Counties, and Norton) are funded in partnership with Planning District One Behavioral Health Services.
