Government Subsidized Property for elderly, disabled, handicapped persons. Offers one and two bedroom apartments. Within walking distance to shopping.  Public transportation stops outside front of building. On site laundry facility, exercise room, craft room and large community room. Emergency Maintenance 24 hours a day. Four story building with elevator access. Rent includes electric, water & heat. Pets allowed. Check with property for requirements and deposit information.



Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. They usually have a waiting list averaging one to two years. They are a sister facility of Berkshire Nursing Home.
