Special Needs Planning for Individuals with Disabilities

Michael B. Bogin has been helping families with special needs planning throughout the D.C. metropolitan area for over 35 years.  His current focus is ensuring that families with special needs members complete and review planning to ensure the future for these children.  An effective estate plan includes a will, letter of intent, supplemental needs trust (or special needs trust) and other pertinent documents to help provide the appropriate care, supervision, and financial security for your child for years to come.  A special needs trust manages funds for someone who may not be able to do so himself due to disability while preserving the beneficiary's eligibility for public benefits.
