Who We Are
Independent living with one, two and three bedroom units. Upon request, units can be modified. Minimum rent restriction. Rent includes water, sewage, and trash pick-up. Curb cuts, ramps with handrails, grab bars (shower/tub), wide doorways, etc.
Complex offers fitness center and billiard room, business center, theatre room, outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, tennis, basketball, volleyball, fenced dog park, picnic tables with grills and a playground. Additionally, we have a 12 acre lake with a 90 foot pier and a white sand beach. Residents are welcome to use the paddleboat or canoe on the lake. Fishing is permitted. A walking trail completely outlines the lake.
