Novamed Associates offers physical exams, evaluation of falls, geriatric assessment, cognitive assessment, ADL and IADL assessment, medication assessment (prescription and over-the-counter), functional assessment, osteoporosis evaluation, screening for elder abuse and domestic violence and testing for memory loss. There is a nurse practitioner or physician's assistant on staff.
