Psychological Evaluation, Testing and Therapy

Hampton Roads Behavioral Health is a group of licensed Norfolk psychologists, psychiatrists, professional counselors and clinical social workers that provides a wide range of diagnostic and psychotherapeutic services designed to assist those facing a personal challenge.  Services are provided to children, adolescents, adults and older adults.



Treatment involves the modification of perceptions, attitudes, emotions, values, self-concept, habits, personality, personal goals and substance use.  Psychotherapy, including hypnosis, biofeedback, and neurofeedback and medication management are effective in treating mental, emotional and behavioral problems.  Diagnosis will be established in one or more clinical interviews.  Psychological testing or neuropsychological testing may be used to make an assessment of an individual.
