Who We Are

Fauquier Housing Corporation (FHC) manages several rental units for low and moderate-income residents.  Staff can assist low and moderate-income residents to obtain safe, decent, and affordable housing through the operation of housing programs that increase and preserve affordable housing opportunities.

FHC manages 4 rental property complexes and works to keep the rent as low as possible.
