Who We Are
The Blackstone Family Practice of Bon Secours offers primary and family care to persons of all ages, through all stages of life.
Out-patient primary care services and basic laboratory services are provided. Some other services are annual physicals, chronic care for diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and obesity, senior care, women's services, including pap smears, minor surgery, and lesion removal, sports physicals, and back-to-school physicals.
