Who We Are

A Caregiver Support Group is available. A Caregiver Support Group brings together patient caregivers with experts to ask questions, obtain resources and bond with others in similar situations.  Some topics Include (1) Specific needs of older adults, (2) What is dementia? (3) Medication management, (4) Advance directives, (5) Caregiver burden and stress, (6) The difference between personal care and home health aide services, and more.

This group is presented by Chesapeake Regional Healthcare’s Older Adult Services.  The group meets on the the third Thursday of every month (starting July 15, 2021) from 5 - 6 :30 pm.  Call 757-312-6772 to register.
