Long Term Care Nursing Facility

Tate Springs Health and Rehabilitation provides 24-hour skilled nursing care to chronically ill and frail elderly patients as well as individuals recovering from strokes, heart attacks, orthopedic conditions, or other illnesses and injuries.  The capacity is 118 beds.  Our team of experienced professionals, including registered/licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants, licensed therapists, and therapy assistants, is focused on providing services prescribed by physicians. From physical, occupational, and speech therapies, to first-class dietary services, social services, therapeutic recreational activities, housekeeping, and laundry services, our nursing centers are appropriate for individuals who need round-the-clock care.

Services include short-term care, long-term care, rehabilitation, wound care, 24-hour skilled nursing care, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, respite care, and hospice care.
