Who We Are

Western Lee County Health Clinic offers medical services provided by licensed physicians and nurse practitioners. Also available are Black Lung services (through referral), assistance in obtaining free medicine, x-ray and laboratory services, and patient education. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker is available for counseling services.



A Community Health Center is a non-profit private corporation located in a medically underserved area to provide comprehensive primary health care to anyone seeking care. All community residents have equal access regardless of ability to pay, geographic locations/residence, culture, age, sex, or religion.



The mission of Stone Mountain Health Services is to promote and provide quality primary health care that is accessible, affordable, and community-based for the people of Southwest Virginia.
