Senior Residence, Income Restrictions

Dunlop Farms offers independent living for persons age 55 and older operated under the affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code, helping the housing needs of moderate and middle income Seniors. Certain criteria established by the government must be met; however this program is not connected with Section 8, although applicants with Section 8 vouchers may apply for residency. Small nonrefundable pet fee of $200.  Two bedroom apartments are on one level and are clustered in courtyard neighborhoods.



Lease is for one year. Rent includes gas, hot/cold water, sewage, trash and pest control. The Community room is the center of activity and is equipped with dining room, wellness center, craft room and beauty salon. Wide screen television, billiard table and library are available. Entertainment, educational programs, theme parties, bands, trips and more.
