Nursing Facility, Tazewell

Heritage Hall of Tazewell provides nursing care with full range of support services.  Capacity is 180 beds. The care team, along with the assistance and support of the family, develops an individualized care plan tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident. Specialized resident care, looking after the special needs of Alzheimer's patients is also available. Care provided includes recovery bridge care, intermediate care, skilled care and advanced medical care.



We also offer varied resident care programs. American HealthCare provides intermediate care in a traditional nursing home setting, or respite care to take care of a loved one on a short-term basis. Heritage Hall has a complete emergency medical pharmacy and is serviced by a licensed pharmacist who is on call 24 hours a day to dispense any medication the attending physician may order.
