Community Health Center provides primary medical care to all populations. Services include the following:

- Pediatric Care
- Annual Physicals
- Pap Smears
- Cardiology Care
- Disease Management Care (i.e. obesity, hypertension, and diabetes)
- Acute Care Illnesses
- Infectious Disease Treatment
- Medication Refills
- Vasectomy Procedures
Call to see if The Breast Cancer Early Detection Program, which is a State funded program, is still offered. This program provides women who qualify the opportunity to have a breast exam and if necessary a mammography test at no charge. Income restrictions. Contact the nurse consultant for further information.
