Who We Are
Hanover County Department of Social Services offers the Auxiliary Grant Program (AG). The AG program is financial assistance that is available for certain needy aged, blind or disabled persons in licensed homes for adults and approved adult family care homes whose income is insufficient to cover the cost of their care.
