Who We Are
Interim Healthcare provides skilled nursing care to adults. Customized medical care provided by registered nurses, therapists, LVN's, LPN/s and home health aides that are licensed, insured and bonded. Some of the nursing care services available are IV therapy, physical, occupational and speech therapy, a range of infusion therapy and care, pain management, nutritional counseling, wound care, medication training and more.
We can also help arrange for medical equipment such as crutches, wheel chairs, beds, walkers and oxygen.
