Who We Are
Pathways to Careers, a program of the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS), offers assistance for Individuals with Disabilities to obtain, retain and advance in career pathways. This grant highlights apprenticeship, state employment, and career pathways within high-growth industries including the trades. The Pathways grant also emphasizes underserved and unserved populations in Virginia. Services include but are not limited to, vocational counseling, evaluation, training, and job placement. Interpreters are provided as needed. Concerns may be reported to the local office manager or the Client Assistance Program (CAP). To contact your local DARS office, visit the website.
