Who We Are
Capital Area Health Network (CAHN) offers a transportation service for patients. A patient may request transportation pick up by calling the Call Center at 804-780-0480. This service is available at any of the community clinics.
CAHN provides accessible transportation services to patients who experience challenges with transportation. Patients must live within a 12-mile radius of the CAHN location for their appointment. Transportation is provided from your home to your doctor’s appointment regardless of the insurance you carry. Transportation is not available for appointments before 8:30 am or after 4:00 pm.
