Transportation Administration and Scheduling for Seniors

Henry County Parks and Recreation offers transportation for seniors and seniors with disabilities, particularly those who reside in rural areas, that are residents of Henry County and are 60 years of age and older. Preference is given to the elderly, transportation disadvantaged, and disabled. Transportation for seniors is available on a first come, first serve basis to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and occasional recreational trips. Please call (276) 634-4644 at least two business days before the requested date of transportation.  Transportation for seniors with disabilities is available.  

Transportation can be to medical appointments, nutrition sites, community errands, or social events.
