Who We Are
Reclaimed Hope Initiative helps you to navigate the Cardinal Care Medicaid system and streamline the process for you, to help you feel confident in managing your child's care through the Cardinal Care Medicaid system. Virginia currently has four Cardinal Care Medicaid waivers that serve children. Staff will help you determine which is the best for your child and their needs. Each of the waivers is based only on child income without regard to parent income.
