Community Housing Partners has renovated large homes, collectively called Central City, throughout downtown Lynchburg into affordable multi-family rental apartments. Each home underwent rehabilitation and dividing the houses into family units consisting of 3-4 apartments consisting of 1-4 bedrooms. A variety of resident services is available, including financial literacy, workforce development, employment skills and parenting classes.
