Use the Screening tool to see if you qualify for programs. If so, Call 855-242-8282 to apply or you can apply online at www.commonhelp.virginia.gov . You can also mail or drop off a paper application at your local Department of Social Services. You can apply at any time of the year because there is no open enrollment period for Cardinal Care Medicaid.
