Who We Are
Hospice is a philosophy of life through which Intrepid Hospice provides palliative care to ease pain and discomforting symptoms. They provide nursing, hospice aides, spiritual and psychosocial support to patients and their loved ones, typically in their homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes. They can provide care in acute care/hospital settings when needed for symptom control.
Services include:
- Professional Staff on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week
- Physician-directed plan of care
- Psychological and spiritual care
- Pain and symptom management
- Medications, equipment, and supplies related to the terminal illness
