Who We Are
A program of Horizon Behavioral Health, the Child and Family Center serves children, adolescents, and some young adults through the age of 21. Medicaid, grants, and insurance often cover these services which include mental health, intellectual disabilities, and substance abuse.
Programs include:
- Case Management for Intellectual Disabilities;
- Respite Care in the Home;
- Respite Care out of the Home;
- Early Intervention;
- Prevention;
- Home Based Services;
- Emergency Services;
- Parent Center;
- Outpatient Services for Mental Health;
- Diagnostic Evaluation & Assessment Services;
- Outpatient Service for Substance Abuse;
- Day Treatment;

Crisis emergency services are available 24 hours per day, every day.
Intake Process
Call for a required appointment. Same day assessments for all ages are available Monday through Friday from 8:30AM-3:00PM. Same day assessments at the Bedford center are available on Mondays only.
