Who We Are
The Greater Williamsburg Child Assessment Center (GWCAC) is administered by Colonial Behavioral Health on behalf of the Williamsburg Community Health Foundation's (WCHF) Children's Behavioral Health Initiative. The Children's Behavioral Health Initiative's mission is to strengthen behavioral health services for children and adolescents and their families in the greater Williamsburg region. The Center provides assessment and referral services to area providers and supports based on identified needs.
Assessments offered include:
- Psychosocial;
- Anxiety;
- Depression;
- Parenting;
- Community Support;
- Developmental Screenings;
- Eating Disorders.

Intake Process
Call the Central Access Screener between the hours of Monday through Friday, from 8:00am-5:00pm.
