Spring Arbor of Fredericksburg is licensed as a self-contained safe, secure environment for individuals with serious cognitive impairments due to a diagnosis of dementia who cannot recognize danger or protect their safety and welfare.
A Special Care Cottage is available specifically designed for residents with Alzheimer's or related dementia. Each of the following services is included in the monthly rental fee:
