Envoy of Staunton is a 170 bed skilled nursing facility. Services offered include IV and wound care, recreational therapy, Alzheimer's care, and physical, occupational, and nutritional therapies. Respite and hospice care is also available.
Hospice servcies are brought in by outside, licensed providers.
