AT Home Care in Richmond offers skilled nursing care in your home.  Skilled nursing care is provided by a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with a physician's signed plan of treatment.



The RN makes the initial evaluation visit and establishes a Plan of Care for the patient. The Plan of Care can include but is not limited to, teaching procedures such as insulin administration, medication administration, diet, wound care, IV administration, and disease management.



Nurses have experience in geriatric care, IV infusion, diabetes, cardiology, wound care, pain management, oncology, Alzheimer's and chronic disease management.
