Who We Are
CareMore offers medical care in a comfortable and accessible environment. CareMore Care Centers are especially designed for senior health care, including chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive and pulmonary disease. Access to our Care Centers is exclusively for those enrolled in the Anthem MediBlue Medicare Advantage Plans.
Funded on the principles of high quality preventive care and coordination of care, CareMore provides education and support for families and caregivers, prolonging active and independent living for members. CareMore offers a variety of specially designed programs in the Care Centers to ensure Members have access to the care they deserve and need as they age.
Services found at CareMore can include routine podiatry, diabetes wound care, strength training, behavioral health counseling, fall prevention, dietary counseling and more.
