JenCare Neighborhood Medical Centers are Senior focused medical facilities specializing in primary and preventive care. Doctors will meet with a patient once a month and monitor medications, order on-site tests, and screenings, and coordinate with specialists.



JenCare provides a full suite of on-site services including vision care, diagnostic tests, pharmacy, acupuncture, digital X-ray and imaging plus courtesy transportation for eligible patients. Board-certified specialists including cardiology, nephrology, rheumatology, psychiatry, optometry, and neurology are available under one roof.
