Who We Are

Youngs Healthcare provides skilled nursing care in the home.  Registered nurses (RNs) evaluate patients and develop a plan of care under the direction of the patient’s physician. The main goal of the nursing staff is to help patients get back to their previous level of functioning. Nursing services include:

  •     Complete nursing assessment
  •     Dressing changes
  •     Medication education
  •     Wound care education and management
  •     Urinary catheter care
  •     Diabetic education and management
  •     Colostomy teaching and management
  •     Intravenous lines care
  •     Performing injections
  •     Nasogastric tube care
  •     Post-surgical care
