Ultimate Outcomes Therapeutic Services provides support in the home and in the community for adolescents and adults living in their own home and/or with family members. Services are based on the needs of the individual. These services may include training and support necessary for the person to maintain personal care and social skills, complete independent living tasks, and develop and improve community living skills.
