CRi, formerly Community Residences Inc., supports many consumers who live independently in CRi owned or leased apartments. These individuals receive integrated case management consisting of tailored services and with a frequency appropriate to their experience and ability to function on their own within the community. The goal is to enable continued consumer independence with a minimum of support.
This program provides transitional supportive living arrangements for eight adults with mental health diagnoses. Vaughn Ball offers a home-like, family atmosphere while providing resident-focused, individualized care in the most appropriate setting and utilizing extensive input from residents, families, staff and a physician. The average length of stay in this program is two years. Vaughn Ball is staffed with a Program Manager and three mental health counselors (two full-time and one part-time).
