Community Transportation

Care Advantage, Inc. offers flexible scheduled transportation services for community residents who are unable to use the fixed-route public transportation system  The services may be used by the general public, seniors, and individuals with a disability. Vehicles cannot transport wheelchairs or scooters.  Transportation can be provided to medical appointments, social outings or to do errands.

Non-emergency medical transportation consists of a 3-hour package that includes pick up, drop off, and wait at the medical facility. For transportation to social events, there is a 4-hour minimum.

The service area includes Henrico, Hanover, and Goochland counties, and the city of Richmond and beyond. Offices are available statewide.
