At Virginia Beach Community Services Board, Community Employment Options (CEO) helps Virginia Beach citizens diagnosed with developmental and behavioral health disabilities find paid work. CEO services enhance community integration through placement in a group or individual employment to increase earning power, improve self-image and create a sense of pride in their achievements. CEO also provides pre-vocational services that focus on developing basic work skills for individuals interested in future employment opportunities.
Services include:
- Supported Employment Services;
- Assessment Services;
- Job Development Services;
- On-Site Training;
- Advocacy, Crisis Intervention, and Career Progression;
- Enclave Services;
- Work Incentives Specialist Advocate Services (WISA).
