Who We Are

Rockbridge Area Community Services (RACS) offers ACCESS Services. ACCESS serves as the point of entry for all non-emergency services at RACS for residents of Rockbridge and Bath counties, Lexington and Buena Vista. By calling ACCESS, individuals can obtain information about services and how to access an intake appointment concerning behavioral health, developmental services or substance use concerns. ACCESS screens the individual's situation through a brief triage process and links the caller to the appropriate RACS services, refer the caller to other community resources or arrange an emergency response when indicated.
