Who We Are

At Rappahannock Area Community Services Board (RACSB), the Bridgewater Street Apartments provides direct supervision and community support services to individuals with severe and persistent behavioral health disorders living in apartments or other residential settings. Services are provided based on the needs of the individual in areas such as food preparation, housekeeping, medication administration, personal hygiene, and budgeting. The apartments are owned or leased by Rappahannock Area Community Services Board and rented to consumers with serious and persistent behavioral health disorders. Supervision is provided on a 24-hour per day basis.
