Who We Are
The Guadalupe Free Clinic of Colonial Beach, Inc. is a medical free clinic serving the indigent and medically-uninsured residents of Westmoreland County and the Town of Colonial Beach. The Guadalupe Free Clinic is a part of the Catholic Diocese of Arlington and is staffed solely by volunteers.
Services provided include primary, non-emergency medical care for health problems, including chronic illness, such as high blood pressure and diabetes, and follow-up care as needed. Referrals to medical specialists when needed. Patients can receive prescription medication at cost or a reduced percentage above cost. Health information and education are also provided.
Located on the grounds of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church.

Individual cannot be covered by any medical insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid; must earn below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines; and cannot be in an emergency situation.
