Residential Services and Group Homes

Heritage House of Virginia, Inc. offers a family environment for adult men or women with intellectual disabilities. Assistance, counseling, and training in activities of daily living are provided for those whose service plan identifies the need for the specific type of supervision or counseling available in this setting.

Heritage House provides residential services that support each individual’s efforts to live a life of his or her design. Individuals benefit from participation in supervised, consistent, and tailored programming that facilitates personal growth towards independence. Skill building, health, relationship, safety, money management, hobbies, transportation, and community activities are included.

Staff is trained to support individuals with a co-occurring diagnosis and autism spectrum disorders. The homes are located in the communities of Fredericksburg and Stafford.
