Who We Are
The Lexington Apartment facility provides direct supervision and community support services to individuals living in apartments or other residential settings. Services are provided based on the needs of the individual in areas such as food preparation, housekeeping, medication administration, personal hygiene, and budgeting.
Lexington Group Home serves adults with a primary diagnosis of intellectual disability, those who have a co-occurring diagnosis of mental illness, and autism or autism spectrum disorders. Through individualized service plans, residents receive a holistic delivery of services designed to encompass the following major life domains: living arrangements, education, legal, financial, religious, relationships, occupation, health, safety, and family.
Van service is provided for the resident of the apartment.
