Who We Are
VersAbility Resources offers a successful Supported Employment Program to provide long-term jobs in community settings for people with disabilities.
The program supports adults with mild to severe disabilities by providing skilled Job Coaches and individualized assessments, on-site job training, and long-term supervision and support to individuals with disabilities and those who employ them. After an individual is successfully trained, the Job Coach follows along to ensure the job placement continues to be successful for both employee and employer.
Supported Employment opportunities are provided at job locations across Hampton Roads. VersAbility Resources is constantly exploring options for new Supported Employment business partners.
